If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product(s), please send an email with the order number and information/issue to info@snubbletubble.com. I will accept returns within 30 days of service carrier delivery as long as you get the return approved before shipping product(s) back to me. Once I receive a return request, I will review and ask you if you prefer for me to generate a shipping label and email it to you or if you would like to ship the product(s) back on your own. Depending on the issue, we can do an exchange or refund of the purchase price.
The bottom line is I want you to be a lifelong Snubble Tubble friend and customer, and I want you to love my candles and stories. If you’re unhappy with your purchase from me, I want to try to fix it, and I appreciate you giving me the chance to do that.
